Cuvée is a vinoteka in Tirana: a wine cellar, a kitchen and a bar under one roof, with a harp-shaped V for a signature.
The wine comes first, from Italian regions and beyond. The kitchen starts from one good ingredient and builds a plate around it, from tasting boards and seafood to pasta, risotto and steak from the fire. The bar pours something beyond the ordinary.
And when the cellar fills with jazz, everything slows down and the night belongs to the room.
